At Cerabed, your satisfaction is our priority. Please take a moment to review our returns policy before completing your purchase.

Our return window is 5 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, after this period, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health or personal care items are non-returnable. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate the return process.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few working days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card provider, and finally your bank. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@cerabedkorea.com.

Please note that only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds. Discounted or sale items cannot be refunded. We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, please email us at support@cerabedkorea.com and send the product to our official business address.

If your order was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. For non-gift items, refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable. For items valued above ₹5,000, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels. The time taken for exchanged products to reach you may vary depending on your delivery location.
